I know what it’s like to want things to change in your life but not do anything about it. Feeling stuck is the worse feeling. Wanting to know all the answers and have all the lights on green before doing anything brings the worse paralysis. I was there, all the lights will never be green, you won’t know all the answers.

Change Your Thoughts To Change Your Life

I have a question for you, be honest, “do you hate your life?” Do you sometimes wish for a do-over but think that it’s too late for you to have a different life? You feel stuck, trapped, like there is no way out. So many regrets. I’m writing to let you know, there is a way out.

I believe that somewhere deep within, you know know that you can change your life but for whatever reason you’re afraid to change. If you’re tired of looking at everyone else enjoy their lives, you can change yours whenever you’re ready. The question is, are you ready? You’re the only one who can answer that question. The truth is you may really hate where you are right now but you are still not ready to do what it is going to take to change.If that’s where you are acknowledge it and keep working on getting to the place where you are ready to make a change.

If you are ready for the trajectory of your life to change, great. Let’s go. Guess what has you where you currently are in your life? Your thoughts. Yes, your current situation is the product of your thoughts. I know, it hurts. The first time that I read this I was livid, “no way am I responsible for my life being the way it is”. I couldn’t get that statement out my head for several weeks. I started paying attention to my thoughts and realized it was true, my thoughts were keeping me where I was. Ouch!

Dictionary.com defines a thought as the product of mental activity; that which one thinks. What is your mental activity producing? Is the life that you are living lining up with what you think about most? Over the next few days pay attention to your mental activity. If it’s not lining up with what you want to see happening in your life, think new thoughts and watch things start to change in your life.
