3 Month Program

This 3 month program is for you if you are working hard, in transition, taking care of the children and family, or running a business. You are on autopilot and it’s really starting to bother you. Life is happening but you’re not living. You know that there has to be more to life than this. Your biggest need right now is for something to change in the way that you are living life. You want to make a change, you want a rich and satisfying life.

You know that your life can be rich and satisfying. You really want to make a change but right now you can’t seem to do it. You feel overwhelmed, you are not clear about what you want, you feel like you have no support, you want someone to guide you to the next step, you can’t make a decision, and you have no follow through. You are frustrated, and disappointed. It’s because you know that you’re not living your best life and that’s not ok. You know that you cannot continue feeling this way.  You may even be depressed. You are starting to think that maybe this is your life and that scares you.


Your primary focus needs to be on getting clear on the change that you want in your life and taking steps to make it happen. It’s all about creating a plan for a rich and satisfying life and implementing the plan. You need someone to brainstorm with, hold your hands and guide you. You want one on one attention and accountability. You are ready to change and take charge of your life.

  1. The launching pad. We’ll explore where you are and where you would like to be. What’s working and what’s not in preparation for your journey to a life that you want to wake up to each day.
  • Know the singularly most important thing that you have to do in order to bring the change that you want into your life. Nothing will even begin to happen until this one thing happens.
  • Identify the real source of your frustration (it may not be what you think).
  • Have a big picture of what you really want your life to look like.
  • Know the exact path we’ll take to get you from where you are to where you want to be in your life.
  1. Change the way you think and you change the way you live. You are what you think. Identify and replace limiting thoughts and beliefs so that you can really create a life that you want to wake up to each day.
  • Discover why you’ve been settling for less in your life.
  • Identify the beliefs that have been holding you back.
  • Be primed for a Quantum Leap.


  1. Clarity clarity, clarity. This is where you allow yourself to dream again. You can’t have a life you want to wake up to if you don’t know what that life looks like. It’s all about you getting clear so that you can live life the way you really want to live it.
  • Identify the specific change that you want in your life.
  • Learn what you want most from your life.
  1. Show me the way. Now that you know where you want to go you need a plan for getting there. This is where we’ll map out a plan of action that will get you to that rich and satisfying life.
  • Create a vision for your life.
  • Develop a timeline for making it happen.
  1. Run! You know what you want your life to look like, you have a plan of action for getting there, but nothing is going to happen until you implement that plan of action. Run! Don’t worry. I’ll be there cheering you on with phone calls, emails, and snail mail too.
